08:52 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hub Cyber Security ( HUBC ) shares plunged 24% in recent Wednesday premarket activity, a day after saying it received a Nasdaq delisting notice due to its failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

United-Guardian ( UG ) stock fell 24%, erasing the previous session's rise.

Universal Electronics ( UEIC ) shares were 9% lower, reversing Tuesday's gain.

Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ ) stock slipped 2% after it posted lower fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings compared with a year earlier.

Ford Motor ( F ) shares were down nearly 2% after Barclays downgraded it to equal weight from overweight and lowered its price target to $11 from $13.
