08:15 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tonix Pharmaceuticals ( TNXP ) shares fell more than 22% in recent Thursday premarket activity, a day after the company said in a regulatory filing it signed a deal under which it may offer and sell, from time to time, common shares worth up to $150 million.

GameStop ( GME ) shares were down 16%, a day after the company said it planned to launch a private offering of $1.75 billion of convertible senior notes due 2032 to institutional buyers.

Boeing ( BA ) stock slid more than 8% after a 787-8 aircraft operated by Air India crashed Thursday shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad, India.

Joby Aviation ( JOBY ) shares slipped 4% after Cantor Fitzgerald downgraded the company to neutral from overweight with a $9 price target.
