08:25 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inovio Pharmaceuticals ( INO ) shares fell 31% in recent Thursday premarket activity, after the company said it priced an underwritten public offering of about 14.3 million of its common shares and series A warrants to buy up to the same amount of its common stock for expected gross proceeds of roughly $25 million.

Sonnet BioTherapeutics ( SONN ) stock slipped 21%, retreating from Wednesday's 243% surge.

Franklin Covey ( FC ) shares were down more than 10%, a day after the company said it swung to a loss in fiscal Q3 and reported lower revenue from a year earlier.

Rio Tinto (RIO) stock slipped almost 2% after Berenberg downgraded the company to hold from buy and lowered its price target to 47 British pounds ($64.2) from 62 pounds.
