07:57 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cel-Sci ( CVM ) shares were 31% lower pre-bell Thursday after the company said late Wednesday that it priced a public offering of about 1.1 million common shares at $9 apiece for gross proceeds of about $10 million.

Apollomics ( APLM ) stock was down 21% following a 2.9% gain in the previous session.

Telix Pharmaceuticals ( TLX ) shares were 18% lower, adding to Wednesday's decrease.

Cooper (COO) stock was down 15% after the company lowered its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance.
