08:30 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Presidio Property Trust ( SQFT ) shares were down 15% in recent Thursday premarket activity, erasing the previous session's gain.

Red Cat ( RCAT ) stock was 12% lower after the company said it priced an underwritten public offering of about 15.6 million of its common shares at $9.60 apiece for expected gross proceeds of roughly $150 million.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store ( CBRL ) shares retreated over 7%, a day after the restaurant chain posted lower fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Darden Restaurants ( DRI ) stock was down more than 6% after the restaurant company posted lower-than-expected fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings.
