07:44 AM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LAMF Global Ventures Corp. I (LGVC) shares soared more than 83% Wednesday premarket after the company said late Tuesday its shareholders voted to approve a pending business combination with Nuvo Group.

Helius Medical Technologies ( HSDT ) shares surged nearly 43% on a collaboration deal with Lovell Government Services to expand reach of the company's Portable Neuromodulation Stimulator device.

Vanda Pharmaceuticals ( VNDA ) shares rose 27% after the company secured a US Food and Drug Administration approval for its bipolar I disorder therapy.

Addex Therapeutics ( ADXN ) shares were up 13% after the company formed a partnership with Perceptive Advisors to launch of Neurosterix to boost the development of therapeutics for neurological disorders.
