Perficient (PRFT) shares soared 52% after the company said it agreed to a $3 billion takeover offer from Swedish investment firm EQT.

Compass Therapeutics ( CMPX ) shares advanced 20% following a 3% increase in the previous session.

Beneficient (BENF) shares rose 13% after the company said late Friday it regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule.
