08:05 AM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Greenwave Technology Solutions ( GWAV ) shares surged more than 90% in recent Thursday premarket activity, continuing Wednesday's 34% gain.

TSR (TSRI) stock was up 64%, a day after the company said it had agreed to be acquired by Vienna Parent's subsidiary, Vienna Acquisition, through a tender offer to buy all of the outstanding shares of TSR for $13.40 per share in cash.

Blue Star Foods ( BSFC ) shares rose 24%, a day after it said it would implement a 1-for-50 reverse stock split to bring it into compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement to maintain its listing on Nasdaq.

Centogene ( CNTG ) stock was 30% higher, a day after it posted higher 2023 revenue from a year earlier.

ZTO Express ( ZTO ) shares jumped more than 11% after the company posted late Wednesday higher Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue from a year earlier.
