mF International Limited ( MFI ) shares surged 70%, extending Tuesday's rally.

Siyata Mobile ( SYTA ) shares rose nearly 47% on a collaboration deal with JD Telecom for the distribution of handsets, vehicle kits and related components.

WalkMe ( WKME ) shares increased 42% on a $1.5 billion takeover offer from SAP.

Concord Medical Services ( CCM ) shares climbed 28%, adding to a surge from the previous session.
