07:40 AM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WiSA Technologies ( WISA ) shares surged over 68% in recent Wednesday premarket activity after it agreed to acquire the Datavault intellectual property and information technology assets of privately held Data Vault Holdings for $210 million.

LogicMark ( LGMK ) stock rose 33%, extending Tuesday's 13% gain.

Conifer Holdings ( CNFR ) shares jumped 25%, a day after it said it promoted President Brian Roney to the role of chief executive of the firm.

GitLab ( GTLB ) stock was up over 13%, after reporting overnight higher fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income and revenue from a year earlier.

Tantech Holdings ( TANH ) shares were 7% higher, continuing Tuesday's increase.
