07:42 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Scage Future ( SCAG ) shares were up more than 120% pre-bell Wednesday, adding to gains from the previous session.

Basel Medical Group ( BMGL ) stock was over 100% higher following a 5.2% loss on Tuesday.

SOBR Safe ( SOBR ) shares were up 65%, extending Tuesday's rally.

Verona Pharma ( VRNA ) stock was 20% higher after the company agreed to be acquired by Merck (MRK) in a roughly $10 billion deal.

AES ( AES ) stock was up 14% following a Bloomberg News report that that company is exploring options, including a potential sale of the company.
