08:16 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dragonfly Energy ( DFLI ) shares were up 35% in recent Tuesday premarket activity, a day after the company said it struck an agreement with the holder of its series A convertible preferred shares to eliminate all outstanding shares of the series.

IQVIA ( IQV ) stock rose 7% after the company posted higher Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue from a year earlier.

D.R. Horton ( DHI ) shares jumped 7.4% after the company reported better-than-expected fiscal Q3 earnings and revenue.

Northrop Grumman ( NOC ) stock was rising 3% after the company reported higher Q2 earnings and total sales.
