07:32 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WideOpenWest ( WOW ) shares were nearly 48% higher pre-bell Tuesday, a day after the company said it will be acquired by affiliated investment funds of DigitalBridge Investments and Crestview Partners in a $1.5 billion all-cash deal.

Hanesbrands ( HBI ) stock was up 42% following a media report that Gildan Activewear (GIL) is closing in on a deal to acquire the company.

180 Life Sciences ( ATNF ) shares were 31% higher, extending gains from the previous session.

FibroGen ( FGEN ) stock was up about 22% after the company reported late Monday improved Q2 financial results.

Sinclair (SBGI) shares were 18% higher after the company said late Monday its board authorized a strategic review of its broadcast business.
