10:56 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Top Win International ( SORA ) plans to make a voluntary tender offer, along with other bitcoin-focused investors, for up to 11.58% of both the common shares and unexercised warrants of Thailand-listed DV8 Public Co. through its AsiaStrategy Topwin unit.

The offer price is 56 Thai satang ($0.02) per share and 1 satang per warrant, Top Win ( SORA ) said Monday in a statement.

The offer is expected to close on Aug. 20.

DV8 Public Co. didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Top Win ( SORA ) shares fell 12% in recent trading Monday.
