07:19 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TopBuild ( BLD ) said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Progressive Roofing, a portfolio company of Bow River Capital, in an all-cash deal valued at $810 million.

The deal was announced earlier this month.

Progressive generated $438 million in revenue and $89 million in EBITDA for the trailing 12 months ended March 31, the company said.

Shares of TopBuild ( BLD ) added more than 1% in recent premarket trading Tuesday.
