TopBuild Launches $750 Million Senior Notes Offering Due 2034

08:59 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TopBuild ( BLD ) said Monday it has launched a private offering of $750 million of senior notes due 2034.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions, TopBuild ( BLD ) added.
