Topgolf Callaway Brands Extends Licensing Agreement With Perry Ellis International

05:02 PM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Topgolf Callaway Brands ( MODG ) said late Thursday it extended its licensing agreement with Perry Ellis International to Dec. 31, 2032, for the design, manufacturing, and distribution of Callaway-branded golf and lifestyle apparel.

The agreement also offers provision for the introduction of a premium Callaway apparel line, to be jointly developed and launched by 2028, according to a statement.
