09:06 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Topicus.com ( TOITF ) on Friday said a subsidiary bought a 10% stake in Asseco Poland from Cyfrowy Polsat.

TOI paid 85 PLN (Polish Zloty) per Asseco Poland share.

Shares of TOI closed up $1.25, or 1%, to $133.3 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
