09:45 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Toro (TORO) has agreed to sell its 2020-built LPG carrier Dream Terrax to Robin Energy ( RBNE ) for $20 million, the companies said separately Tuesday.

Robin Energy ( RBNE ) said the purchase of what would be its third vessel will be funded with cash on hand.

The transaction was reviewed and approved by independent directors of both boards, the companies said.

Delivery is expected within 2025, pending customary conditions, the companies added.

Shares of Robin were up more than 1% in early Tuesday trading, while Toro stock was marginally lower.
