03:44 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Toronto-Dominion Bank ( MLWIQXX ) said late Wednesday it completed the sale of its entire equity investment in Charles Schwab ( SCHW ) , which consisted of about 184.7 million shares representing a 10.1% stake.

The company said it sold about 165.4 million shares through a registered offering at $79.25 per share, while Charles Schwab ( SCHW ) repurchased about 19.2 million shares from Toronto-Dominion for $1.5 billion.
