03:48 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Torrid Holdings ( CURV ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of 10 million shares at $3.50 each, sold by certain shareholders.

The company said the selling shareholders have granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares.

Torrid said it won't receive any proceeds from the sale, which is expected to close on Thursday.

Separately, the company said it will buy back $20 million of its stock from Sycamore Partners at the same $3.50 per share price.
