09:36 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Torrid Holdings ( CURV ) said Wednesday it's launching an underwritten secondary offering of 8 million shares by certain shareholders.

The selling shareholders will grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy an additional 1.2 million shares, the company said.

Torrid won't receive any proceeds from the sale.

Torrid shares were about 22% lower in early trading.
