Total Energy Services Announces Extension to Credit Facilities Maturity

01:41 PM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Total Energy Services ( TOTZF ) on Thursday extended the maturity of its $170 million revolving syndicated bank credit facilities to January 10, 2029.

The oilfield-services company said there other changes to the facility's terms and conditions.

Shares of Total Energy Services ( TOTZF ) were last seen down by $0.09 to $13.23 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
