12:50 PM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies SE ( TTE ) agreed to acquire a 50% stake in OranjeWind, a 795-megawatt wind farm being developed in the Netherlands, from RWE of Germany.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

TotalEnergies said Wednesday it will use its share of the production from the wind farm to power 350 MW electrolyzer projects to produce 40,000 tons of green hydrogen per year toward the decarbonization of refineries in Northern Europe.
