TotalEnergies Acquires Stake in Portfolio of US Offshore Exploration Leases From Chevron

09:20 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Monday that it has acquired a 25% working interest in a portfolio of US offshore exploration leases from Chevron ( CVX ) .

The 40 outer continental shelf federal leases include 13 blocks in the Walker Ridge area, nine blocks in the Mississippi Canyon area and 18 blocks in the East Breaks area, TotalEnergies said.
