05:29 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Wednesday it has signed four production-sharing contracts for exploration blocks offshore Liberia.

The contracts were awarded following a licensing negotiation round last year organized by the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Agency.

The blocks cover around 12,700 square kilometers in the south of the Liberia Basin, the company said, adding that the work includes the acquisition of a 3D seismic survey.

TotalEnergies shares were down 1.2% in recent premarket activity.
