10:16 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Tuesday it completed its acquisition of the interests of OMV and Sapura Upstream Assets in Malaysian gas producer SapuraOMV Upstream.

SapuraOMV's main assets consist of its 40% operated interest in block SK408 and a 30% operated interest in block SK310, both located offshore Sarawak in Malaysia, the company said.
