PARIS, April 26 (Reuters) - French oil major

TotalEnergies will consider a possible listing in New

York, Chief Executive Patrick Pouyanne told analysts on Friday.

The company has a significant majority of U.S.-based

shareholders, added Pouyanne, who said he will report to the

board on the possible move by September.
