02:35 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Tuesday it has completed the sale of a 50% interest of a 270-megawatt wind and solar portfolio in France to funds managed by Eiffel Investment Group.

The deal values the portfolio at 265 million euros ($311.3 million), according to the company.

TotalEnergies said it keeps a 50% stake and continue operating the assets.

Shares of the company were down about 1.8% in recent trading.
