03:40 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Tuesday it has completed the sale of its 12.5% non-operated interest in Nigeria's Bonga field under a production sharing contract.

Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company bought a 10% stake, while Nigerian Agip Exploration acquired 2.5% for a combined $510 million, the company said.
