06:10 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Monday it has agreed to acquire a 50% stake in two offshore wind projects in the North Sea from RWE.

Located in offshore Germany, the projects have 25-year licenses awarded in August, subject to a potential extension to 35 years.

The projects are expected to be commissioned in 2031 and 2032, the company said.
