08:02 AM EST, 02/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) and Tikehau Capital said Wednesday that they have created a joint investment platform to accelerate the rollout of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in urban public spaces across Belgium and the Netherlands.
The platform, which is equally owned by both companies, will focus on developing existing public charging concessions that are already under construction or in operation, as well as pursuing new municipal tenders in both countries, the companies said.
TotalEnergies will contribute its expertise in developing, operating, and maintaining public charging infrastructure, with all electricity supplied from certified renewable sources, the parties said.
Tikehau Capital will provide capital and share investment, cost, and risk exposure, the companies said.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the platform.
