06:40 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE) said Thursday that its unit, TotalEnergies EP Nigeria, has agreed to sell a 12.5% non-operated stake in the OML118 Production Sharing Contract for $510 million to Shell (SHEL) Nigeria Exploration and Production company.

The block, located 120 kilometers off the Niger Delta, includes both the producing Bonga field and the developing Bonga North field, TotalEnergies said.

The deal is pending regulatory approval, the company said.
