07:20 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Townsquare Media ( TSQ ) said Monday it has signed a collaboration agreement with SummitMedia through its Ignite Media Partnerships division.

The alliance will allow Townsquare to expand its unit's footprint by sharing resources with SummitMedia and providing tailored data-driven strategies, the company added.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
