Jun 25, 2024 6:01 AM

08:42 AM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Toyota Motor ( TM ) Chairman Akio Toyoda was paid 1.62 billion Japanese yen ($10.2 million) in fiscal 2023, according to a regulatory filing.

The compensation makes him his nation's highest paid executive for the third straight year, Bloomberg reported. His salary is up from the 999 million yen he received a year earlier, Bloomberg said.
