04:22 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TPG's (TPG) investor group TPG Angelo Gordon and other partners, including Stadium Capital said late Monday that they have agreed to acquire a Dutch residential portfolio from European Residential REIT for about 695 million euros ($773.8 million).

The acquisition is expected to close in early 2025.

The portfolio includes around 3,000 single-family and multifamily units across nearly 90 sites in the Netherlands.
