11:03 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TPG (TPG) agreed to acquire Irth Solutions from Blackstone's (BX) energy-focused private equity arm for an undisclosed sum.

Irth develops cloud software for energy, utility and telecommunications companies to monitor infrastructure, using geospatial data and artificial intelligence, Blackstone said Tuesday in a statement.

The software company will be acquired through TPG Growth from Blackstone Energy Transition Partners. The deal is expected to close in late 2025.

TPG shares rose 0.3%in Tuesday trading, and Blackstone gained 0.1%.
