12:12 PM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tractor Supply Co. ( TSCO ) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of Allivet, an online pet pharmacy.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tractor Supply ( TSCO ) said the acquisition, announced on Oct. 24, increases its total addressable market by $15 billion to $225 billion.

Tractor Supply ( TSCO ) shares were 2.8% lower recent trading.
