05:55 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Trade Desk ( TTD ) said Wednesday it has appointed Reddit's ( RDDT ) chief financial officer Drew Vollero to its board, starting April 3.

Vollero was appointed to fill the board vacancy that will result from Gokul Rajaram's previously announced resignation, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Board members Alexander Kayyal and Kathryn Falberg both resigned from their roles within a span of a week, according to the filing.

Trade Desk ( TTD ) has received a Nasdaq notice for noncompliance with audit committee and compensation committee requirements and has until Sept. 21 to regain compliance, the company disclosed in the filing.
