09:52 AM EST, 01/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Trade Desk ( TTD ) said Monday it has appointed Tahnil Davis, its chief accounting officer, as interim chief financial officer, effective Jan. 24.

Davis succeeds Alex Kayyal, the company said, adding it has commenced a search for a permanent successor.

Trade Desk ( TTD ) also reaffirmed its Q4 revenue guidance of at least $840 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $841.1 million.

Trade Desk ( TTD ) expects to report Q4 earnings after the market closes on Feb. 25.

Shares of the company were down 4.4% in early Monday trading.
