09:02 AM EST, 02/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tradeweb Markets ( TW ) said Thursday it has entered into a commercial collaboration with MAXEX, a digital exchange for US residential mortgage loans, aiming to broaden institutional access to the residential private credit market.

Tradeweb said it also made a strategic investment in MAXEX, though financial details of the collaboration weren't disclosed.

Tradeweb plans to connect its network of more than 3,000 clients with MAXEX's ecosystem of roughly 400 mortgage lenders and over three dozen institutional investors, the company said.
