11:46 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tradeweb Markets ( TW ) said Thursday that President Thomas Pluta will leave the company and its board, effective Sept. 30, as part of organizational changes.

The company said it has appointed Amy Clack as chief administrative officer, effective in August.

Clack will join the company from Wells Fargo's (WFC) corporate and investment banking unit, Tradeweb said.

The company's shares were down 1% in recent trading.
