07:14 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tradeweb Markets ( TW ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.86 per diluted share, up from $0.71 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.85.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $509.7 million compared with $408.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $512 million.

Shares of the company were up 3.4% in recent premarket activity.
