07:10 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trane Technologies ( TT ) said Friday it completed the acquisition of BrainBox AI, an AI-driven HVAC control technology provider.

The company said BrainBox AI uses deep learning to optimize building energy use, cutting energy consumption by up to 25% and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by up to 40%.

Trane ( TT ) said the acquisition, originally announced on Dec. 18, will strengthen the two companies' existing partnership and enhance Trane's ( TT ) capabilities in autonomous, sustainable building solutions.
