03:44 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Transcontinental Inc. (TCL-A.TO, TCL-B.TO) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders Wednesday, with all of the candidates proposed as directors elected by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders.

Those elected are Jacynthe Cote, Nelson Gentiletti, Yves Leduc, Isabelle Marcoux, Nathalie Marcoux, Pierre Marcoux, Anna Martini, Mario Plourd, Jean Raymond, and Annie Thabet.

TC Transcontinental has approximately 8,000 employees, the majority of which are based in Canada, the United States and Latin America, generating revenues of $2.9 billion during the fiscal year ending Oct. 29, 2023.
