08:32 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TransDigm Group ( TDG ) said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of SEI Industries, a provider of engineered products for aerial firefighting and other liquid transportation solutions.

The company funded the acquisition through its cash on hand, TransDigm ( TDG ) added.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
