08:24 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TransDigm Group ( TDG ) said Tuesday that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Raptor Labs Holdco from L Squared Capital Partners for about $655 million in cash, including certain tax benefits.

Raptor Labs manufactures test and measurement solutions for the aerospace and defense end markets, with an expected revenue of about $90 million in 2024, according to TransDigm ( TDG ).
