03:25 AM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Joel Reiss, Co-Chief Operating Officer, on January 21, 2025, sold 3,000 shares in TransDigm Group ( TDG ) for $4,077,173. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Reiss has control over a total of 3,600 shares of the company, with 3,600 shares held directly.
