03:14 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Robert J Small, Director, on March 06, 2025, sold 60,000 shares in TransDigm Group ( TDG ) for $80,605,605. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Small has control over a total of 587,186 common shares of the company, with 15,539 shares held directly and 571,647 controlled indirectly.
