09:40 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TransDigm Group ( TDG ) said Monday it agreed to buy the Simmonds Precision Products Business of Goodrich from RTX (RTX) for about $765 million in cash, including some tax benefits.

Simmonds is expected to generate revenue of about $350 million for the calendar year ending Dec. 31, TransDigm ( TDG ) said.

The company said the acquisition is expected to be funded with cash on hand and is subject to US regulatory approvals.
